The aim of the iSommeil app is to prevent sleep disorders such as insomnia and sleep apnea.
The app helps you get to know your sleep patterns and makes your AppleWatch your partner, helping you to sleep soundly all night long.
=Functions=
The AppleWatch works together with the iSommeil app to monitor your sleep automatically. It helps you to measure, manage and improve your sleep by giving you a precise overview of your night : your time spent asleep, your heart rate, your breathing and any snoring. iSommeil sends you notifications to prepare for sleep and its snooze function is triggered automatically when you wake up.
Your AppleWatch must be charged at least at 70% for the manual recording functions and at least at 50% for the automatic mode.

- Automatically save your sleep and snoring results in the Health app
- Its automatic mode analyses your sleep and its manual mode analyses your snoring and cardiac rhythm.
- The iSommeil analyses snoring as well as episodes of apnoeia, using a microphone.
- It records your movements using an accelerometer, which shows how long it takes for you to fall asleep, as well as measuring your sleep. When you wake you can review the sleep/waking pattern of your night on the graph.
- The app gives you information and advice to help you to understand your sleep and to overcome any emerging symptoms of developing sleep disorders.
